Mamakata is a farm located in Boquete, Panama.

In particular, it is also one of the three largest farms that received the first seed from Ethiopia,

along with Esmeralda and Donpachi, in the 1990s for a geisha seed, which came from Ethiopia through Costa Rica.

Now, Jose David, head roaster and operations manager of Best of Panama,

is involved in all business and is doing his best to cultivate the farm.

After the auction, a professional picker was hired to harvest and process this coffee during Chuseok,

when the moon is the brightest, and it was released under the name Bella Luna, which means 'beautiful moon'.
